This lodge is on the outskirts of George offering log cabins with en-suite bathrooms - an ideal spot from which to explore the Garden Route.
Directions
From the N2 take the N9/N12 turn off - follow on through the centre of George. Passing the municipal golf course on your left and then cross over the river bridge. At the next set of traffic lights turn right into Maitland Street. Rocky Mountain Lodge is at the top on a gravel road.

This Lodge has a lot to offer visiting Backpackers in the way in-house live entertainment and day tours to Plett, Knysna, Oudtshoorn and Mossel Bay.

An added advantage is that we will give backpackers their own cabins if available on the day for no extra cost.we have braai facilities and a restaurant, beautiful country setting, so backpackers can explore the whole garden route from a comfortable base. Our beds are quality and linen is provided, as well as towels, en-suite bathrooms, etc.
